Once the surface has been cleaned, sealing can be applied. If your area to be washed is a hard surface (e.g. driveway), and lichen (“black spot”) can be very tough to remove and pressure washing alone is ineffective, we treat it with Sodium Hypochlorite 15% Grade (moss, algae, lichen remover), diluted.

When pressure washing is a block paved area, we recommend applying kiln dried sand. This makes a significant difference to the finish, making the area look as new as the day it was laid!

How our service is done
- Payment based on the size of the cleaned area.
- Gardening furniture is a separate entity and is also added to the final price.
- We only need to access to a reliable water source (we can supply, if needed). Both internal and external taps will do just fine, we bring different types of nozzles for all kinds of taps.
- Not required a source of electricity, as all our machineries are petrol powered.
- Independent of weather – this service can be done even in rainy weather.
- Service can be booked on bank holidays and weekends.
